Hon'ble Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Thiru C. Ramesh today (23.05.2026) personally inspected the administration and the annadhanam (free meal) scheme activities at the Arulmigu Ranganathar Swamy Temple, Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli District, in the presence of HR&CE Commissioner Thiru P.N. Sridhar, IAS.
The Arulmigu Ranganathar Swamy Temple, Srirangam, in Tiruchirappalli District is one of the renowned Vaishnavite temples. Devotees from not only Tamil Nadu but also other states and foreign countries visit this temple in large numbers for darshan. The temple runs a scheme providing annadhanam to devotees throughout the day.
Hon'ble Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Thiru C. Ramesh visited the temple today and enquired from temple officials and staff about the fee tickets issued under the Integrated Temple Management Scheme and the token system used for distributing food to devotees under the annadhanam scheme. He then personally inspected the annadhanam kitchen, dining hall, food storage room, and stock details.
