6. Best District Central Cooperative Bank providing the highest loan assistance to differently-abled persons - 10-gram gold medal and certificate.
Applicants for the above awards may apply by 25.6.2026 by filling in the form specified on the website "https://awards.tn.gov.in" and attaching the required documents. Applications not submitted through the website will not be accepted.
Applicants are also requested to submit two copies of the application to the concerned District Welfare Officer for the Differently-Abled by 5.00 PM on 25.6.2026.
Eligible applicants for the above awards will be selected by the selection committee, and the selected awardees will be conferred the state awards by the Hon'ble Chief Minister at the Independence Day celebrations.
