Government of Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII-TN): Admission Notification for One-Year Entrepreneurship Certificate Programme for 2026 The Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, functioning under the MSME Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu, works to nurture a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in Tamil Nadu and to encourage local innovators. It has now opened admissions, in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII Ahmedabad), for Batch 3 of the One Year Certificate Programme on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Eligible applicants for this One Year Programme on Entrepreneurship and Innovation can avail scholarships of up to 75% of tuition fees. First-generation learners, winners of state/national-level hackathons, and candidates from Economically Weaker Sections will be considered for this scholarship based on their written test scores and interview performance. Highlights of the Certificate Programme This certificate programme serves as a premier platform for shaping Tamil Nadu's next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. Combining EDII-TN's local entrepreneurial ecosystem with EDII Ahmedabad's world-class curriculum standards, this certificate course provides students with direct hands-on entrepreneurship training. - Experienced mentorship: With two batches successfully completed, the 3rd batch of students will benefit from an enhanced curriculum. - World-class curriculum: Guidance from EDII Ahmedabad faculty and industry experts, modern skill classrooms, and library facilities. - Real-world experience sharing: Beyond classroom-based teaching, students can directly learn about real-world business environments through field visits.
