Rajkumar, stated that the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board has constructed a total of 23,704 apartment units across 3 scheme areas, spread over 188.59 acres — comprising approximately 15,656 units (ground+1 and ground+2 floors) at the Chennai Okkiyam Thuraipakkam Kannagi Nagar scheme area, 6,000 units (ground+3 floors) at the Ezhil Nagar scheme area, and 2,048 units (ground+3 floors) at the Ezhil Nagar Swami Housing scheme area.
