Higher Education Dept Opens General Transfer Counselling for Non-Teaching College Staff

PRESS RELEASE Non-Teaching Staff of Government Arts, Science and Education Colleges, the Directorate of Collegiate Education and All Regional Joint Directorates of Collegiate Education May Apply for the 2026-27 General Counselling for Transfer of Posts - Announcement by Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education Thiru. Viswanathan The Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education has stated that non-teaching staff (excluding Category 'D') working under the Directorate of Collegiate Education, all Regional Joint Directorates of Collegiate Education, and Government Arts, Science and Education Colleges under the Department of Higher Education, may apply online for the General Counselling for transfer of posts for the year 2026-27, from 15.07.2026 to 24.07.2026. In this regard, the Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education stated as follows:- In accordance with the guidance of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, orders have been issued to conduct a General Counselling for transfer of posts for the year 2026-27, for the welfare of non-teaching staff (excluding Category 'D') working under the Directorate of Collegiate Education, all Regional Joint Directorates of Collegiate Education, and Government Arts, Science and Education Colleges under the Department of Higher Education. Accordingly, arrangements have been made for non-teaching staff (excluding Category 'D') working under the Directorate of Collegiate Education, all Regional Joint Directorates of Collegiate Education, and Government Arts, Science and Education Colleges under the Department of Higher Education to apply online for the General Transfer Counselling for the year 2026-27, from 15.07.2026 to 24.07.2026. I request non-teaching staff (excluding Category 'D') working under the Directorate of Collegiate Education, all Regional Joint Directorates of Collegiate Education, and Government Arts, Science and Education Colleges, who wish to participate in this General Counselling, to apply and avail the benefit at the website www.nonteaching.dcetransfer.in.
