Anand distributes house-site pattas and various welfare assistance in Tiruvannamalai district As per the directions of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, today (16.06.2026), Tuesday, the Hon'ble Minister for Rural Development and Water Resources Thiru N. Anand distributed house-site pattas and various welfare assistance at the Polur Assembly constituency in Tiruvannamalai district. The welfare assistance included: on behalf of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, 584 house-site pattas, 102 sub-division patta transfers, and 18 patta transfers; on behalf of the District Welfare of Differently-Abled Persons Department, wheelchairs to 4 persons; on behalf of the District Supply and Consumer Protection Scheme, 703 new ration cards; on behalf of the Handlooms Department, looms and loom equipment to 20 persons; and on behalf of the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, free sewing machines to 10 persons - all distributed by the Minister. Additionally, welfare assistance was distributed to a total of 3,836 persons under the Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Cooperation Department, Women's Development Scheme and TNRTP, TAHDCO, and the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department.
