TN Announces Rs 25,000 Incentive for UPSC Prelims Qualifiers

Announcement of Government of Tamil Nadu's Incentive Scheme for UPSC Mains Examination - 2026 The Government of Tamil Nadu is implementing the UPSC Civil Services Examination Incentive Scheme with a view to increasing the number of youth from Tamil Nadu who succeed in the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Under this scheme, an amount of Rs.25,000 will be directly credited to the bank accounts of students from Tamil Nadu who have qualified in the Preliminary Examination, to enable them to undertake coaching for the UPSC Civil Services / Indian Forest Service Main Examinations of the year 2026. Students from Tamil Nadu who have qualified in the UPSC Civil Services / Indian Forest Service Preliminary Examination for the current year (2026) are requested to apply online at https://portal.naanmudhalvan.tn.gov.in/upsc_registration/ from 19.06.2026 to 30.06.2026 in order to receive this incentive amount.
