Finance Dept Launches Online Public Grievance Portal for Audit Department Complaints

PRESS RELEASE Public Grievance Portal - A new online platform created to promptly resolve public grievances related to the Audit Department Five audit wings function under the control of the Director of Audit: the Local Fund Audit Department, the State Government Audit Department, the Cooperative Audit Department, the Audit Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, and the Audit Department of Milk Cooperatives. Various reforms are being undertaken to improve transparency in the audit department and to enhance facilities for audited institutions and auditors. As part of this, a new Public Grievance Portal has been created as a section of the CAMS website, to enable the public and audited institutions to easily resolve their grievances and obtain necessary information promptly. It is hereby informed that this portal has been designed to enable the public and institutions subject to audit to resolve their grievances/queries.
