Labour Minister Mohamed Farvas opens ILO training on social dialogue, grievance redressal

PRESS RELEASE Today (27.07.2026) in Chennai, the Hon'ble Minister for Labour Welfare and Skill Development, Thiru J.A. Mohamed Parvez, lit the traditional lamp to inaugurate a one-day training seminar on "Social Dialogue, Workplace Cooperation, and Grievance Redressal Practices," organised by the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies in association with the International Labour Organization (ILO). Inaugurating the event, the Hon'ble Minister said he warmly welcomed, on behalf of the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Ms. Miyamoto Michiko, Ms. Pallavi Mansingh, Government officials and the participants of this training programme. He said he was very happy to stand before them today as the voice of every worker who forms the foundation of Tamil Nadu's progress, and to inaugurate this one-day training programme. He stated that, under the leadership of the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, they are steadfastly working towards building a successful Tamil Nadu where every worker is treated safely, with dignity, and with opportunities to progress. He added that together they would build Tamil Nadu into a State that is a model not only for industrial growth in India but also for worker welfare. R. Senthil Kumari; and Joint Directors Thiru Pe. Subramaniyan and Thiru M.V. Karthikeyan.
