Deadline to regularize unapproved plots and layouts extended to June 2027

Press Release To regularize the unapproved layout in plain areas, where a part or full number of plots have been sold on or before 20.10.2016, the Housing and Urban Development Department has issued an amendment to G.O.(Ms) 78, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 04.05.2017, by extending the time limit up to 30.06.2027 to apply through online mode, vide G.O.(Ms.) 148, Housing & Urban Development [UD.4(1)] Department, dated 27.07.2026. It is hereby informed that those who are interested to apply under this scheme can register their application on the website at https://tcponline.tn.gov.in/.
