By accessing or using TNTrack, submitting evidence, or querying the public ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must ensure that all evidence submissions reference verified whitelisted press or government portals. You expressly agree not to attempt to manipulate evidence confidence scores or moderator queues, engage in aggressive automated scraping abuse, impersonate individuals, or harass contributors or editors.

User Submissions & License Grant

By submitting evidence, link references, or summaries to TNTrack, you grant the platform a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, aggregate, archive, and distribute the submission as part of the public civic ledger.

Content & Intellectual Property

TNTrack branding, UI components, code structure, and compilation are the intellectual property of TNTrack. Aggregated promise status records and factual civic data entries remain open civic data for public reference.

Account Termination & Standing

TNTrack reserves the right to demote contributor trust standing, suspend submission privileges, or revoke access for deliberate submission of forged documents, queue spamming, or terms violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TNTrack is provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of error-free operation. Under no circumstances shall TNTrack or its maintainers be held liable for damages, decisions, or reliance arising out of the use of ledger data.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

TNTrack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be published directly on this page with an updated timestamp.
